The Promoshop.hr web site is intended primarily for B2B customers (legal entities and physical persons with a registered company).
The minimum quantity is 1 piece of an individual item. Handling costs in the amount of € 20,00 + PDV are charged for all orders whose total amount is less than € 200,00 + PDV.

You can order 1 piece, and if the product does not suit you, you can return it. In that case, we will refund the amount paid for the advertising item. Transport costs in both directions are borne by the buyer. Handling costs are a fixed amount for which we do not reimburse.
Depending on the product, it is possible to do imprint on almost all items. If in some cases it is not possible on the product itself, there is always the possibility of alternative marking (imprint on the packaging, making a printed pendant, etc.) or choosing a similar item on which it is possible.
The possibilities of imprint techniques are marked on each item from our offer. If the product you selected has a colour imprint option, it will be labelled that way.
Each item is not intended for all imprint techniques due to its raw material composition, size, shape and purpose, so we tried to determine as accurately as possible which imprint techniques are possible on the desired product, and we marked them for each item separately. After ordering, our staff will create a visualization of the product with the logo you sent us, so you will roughly see what the product would look like.

Items (if available) are available within 2 to 10 business days. If they are also imprint, then depending on the imprint technique and the ordered quantity, the deadlines are extended. When ordering, our staff will inform you about the deadlines for procurement and imprint.
